Purchased my property from MS properties. Fantastic service and very professional. Kept me updated every step of the way.

If it looks like it's too good to be true, it's probably fake. Property on Stanley Road - a typical example of fake advertising. One bedroom flat rent for 433 sounds nice, isn't it? Well, the price of the 1 bed flat is 670 (or so) per month + a deposit of the same amount. 433 is actually the price per room in 3 and 4 bedroom flats in the property.

The good news is, it will certainly not be a quiet neighbourhood but rather a loud student's playground, so, if looking for a peaceful place, it's not that you'll miss the lifetime opportunity if you just skip it and look somewhere else. MS Properties have some nice properties to rent, but I don't see why I should trust them. If they are doing fake advertising, who knows what else is fake?

Martin and the rest of the team were amazing. On time for the appointment, good knowledge of the area and professional. My property was on their site in a few days and sold in under a week to happy buyers. Helpful advice on things that needed moving and removal. Very happy with the price the property achieved. We brought a house with MS properties and the service they provided was exceptional. They were helpful, responsive and professional at every step, and we were never pressured at any point. I also use them to manage a rental property, and they have provided a phenominal service throughout.

Great if you don't ask them to do anything. For example providing hot water and heating in your property. I was left without hot water and heating from the date I moved in as the agency didn't uphold their legal requirement to ensure all amenities essential for living where available. Once I made the agency aware I was told I would have to wait several days.

The law states hot water and heating must be available and repairs must be carried out in a timely fashion (24hrs). A final comment, the house I moved into was not in a fit or safe state, my mistake for assuming it would have been improved by the time I moved in. I spent a month decorating every day after work until midnight most days. I also spent around 600 pound on materials.

When I announced I would like to leave the property early, I was told " to finish all the work I had started". If you rent with this agent be sure to request the EPC, test the hot water, and assume the current state of the property is not going to change.

Great customer service we were looking to relocate from Manchester to aberystwyth and ms properties were nothing but helpful and worked with us on every step to get renting a property via emails, all paperwork was completed my mum viewed it for us as she lives in aberystwyth and we signed the papers on moving in day at the office! When you send your only child off to Uni, it's hard. When you can't be there to make sure they are safe and secure because they are over 700 miles away, it's VERY hard. He found his little house in Aberystwysth through MS Properties and he loved his little room in the roof. Martin Samuel was a lovely landlord, (two words not heard of often in the same sentence, I lived in London for many years).

I would have no reservations in recommending this chap. He was thoughtful and understanding of kids away from home for the first time, also very generous with the return of over paid funds (my fault). Trustworthy and dependable. Thank you Martin.
