We have purchased a property through Vanderpump. Dan is very professional and friendly. During each stage of the process he was very helpful to chase the seller's side and provide updates on the progress. He is available on the phone and email any given day and time and never failed to assist on any matters. I would highly recommend Vanderpump for anyone looking to sell/ buy property or rent market. Dan, was a brilliant person to work with whilst selling our property. He was very knowledgeable about the housing market and candid when giving his professional opinion. He was always on the other end of the phone, even out of office hours and at weekends. Our property sale was not plain sailing but Dan kept a cool head was more than reasonable and approachable. Kept me up to date with weekly reports. Definitely recommend this agent.

The agency is the absolute worse there is. They have not done anything during our tenancy other than the initial contract. We had to get in touch with the landlord directly. We renewed our tenancy via the landlord and V. was not even aware of this new contract, however, they somehow popped back into the picture at the end of tenancy and wanted to charge us for some outrageous things. E.g. we handed back the keys early and they wanted to charge us for late returns.

There were no stained carpets, somehow they thought there were. Then they could not prove. I suggest you avoid them as best as you can. UPDATE: Since I cannot reply on the comment, here it is. That you have no record of our contract is further proof of your how unprofessionally you are running this business. I did not confuse you with another agency and I have documents to prove my statements. It was a neat trick that you tried to pull this off. Too bad it did not work.
