Jon Rosi have managed my rental properties for over 8 years. One of the properties had a leak through the roof from the flat above. John, Jane and Karen managed the issues expertly, supporting the tenant, managing the repairs, handling the insurance claim and keeping me updated throughout. I would absolutely recommend them to a prospective landlord.

Jon Rosi have been a pleasure to lease from. If there is ever a problem with plumbing or a niggle they have always resolved it within less than 24 hours and always respond immediately. The ladies we deal with are always friendly and caring. If I ever buy a property to lease out I will have Jon Rosi manage it, they have been absolute stars!

I had a extremely professional service from Jon himself. He was always professional and slightly 'Old school' in customer service, which was most welcome in this day and age. Jon was really instrumental in getting from offer through to completion in a stress free manner, calling me on updates and minor changes. The little details were appreciated such as being posted out the particulars on a property once offer accepted and tips for upgrading my purchase.
I have dealt with several agents in Reading and Jon stands out a genuine independent estate agent who are a great rarity in the industry. I hope to work with Jon again in the future and would highly recommend.

I looked at renting a property with Jon Rosi on London Street in Reading when I first moved to Reading a few years ago. They had a variety of sensibly priced one bedroom flats on offer. I viewed a number of places and the agent drove to them with us to view. The communication was great especially as I was living 100 miles away at the time. I eventually plumped for a small one bed flat and battered the price down from 450 to 425 per calendar month this was 4 years ago.
They were very helpful and friendly towards us and was happy with their management of the property. They worked with the landlord to replace a window that kept misting up and was done without any arguments.
