Honestly I don't know where to start. They speak to you like you are not human. Telephone manner and service is awful especially the director of the business. I highly recommend you to avoid (unless the property isn't managed by them.) I'd avoid renting from them and also renting your property through them.

Very rude and straight up discriminated against when enquired about a property which is located on the 2nd floor above my current address. My current is 300 more than the property up for rent. Never have I missed a rents payment or had any issue with my current landlord but due to receiving part UC as I'm a single parent and only working part time. Wasn't even given a chance to discuss without being told no I wouldn't be accepted for this property. Disgusting customer service and very unmannered. I have always worked full time until now and have deposit and 2 months rent upfront that I can pay but still I'm deemed not worthy enough for this property!

I have a similar experience as other unhappy customers here; they don't miss any opportunity to suck money out of tenants. The landlords they deal with also seem to be in the same boat, unfortunately. Only tip I can give is; for any services (maintenance work, end of tenancy cleaning etc.) just go with the party they recommend, or else they are going to be dissatisfied, no matter the quality of the work done. You might pay a bit extra in order to keep your peace of mind. Learned the hard way.

Please please please stay well away from these people. They expect you to pay rent and not touch the property. Stay well away if you have kids as they don't allow for any fair wear and tear. We had the property professionally cleaned as requested which they then deemed to be "not up to their standard" and deduced 200 off our deposit. Absolutely disgusting! Worst agency ever.
