The worst letting agent ever and BEWARE OF ROBERT! His a liar & a crook, tells you what you want to hear but once he has your money, your on your own to deal with your problems as he doesn't do anything to help, if you do manage to get hold of him by miracle then he will tell you that his busy and will call you back but doesn't call or reply back on emails.
They don't own up to their mistakes and always has excuses for everything but happily deduct as much money from you after rental. I now rent through David Conway agent down the road so far so good and they are very professional.

I've been ripped off by them before. I'd avoiding them. Update 12 Feb 2022: Hanover Shine claim I am a fake reviewer, I am absolutely not a fake reviewer. They took my money they had no right to. A good few years back they cheated me into paying a deposit + their fee on a property, to then be ghosted by them for over 2 weeks while I asked to move in.
On checking the propery I saw other people had moved in! They refused to refund me their fee, on a property they likely had no right showing me in the first place. I thankfully soon found a better property listed by an ethical estate agent in Harrow.

DON'T USE. 3 and half years of good experience wiped out by their rip off practices. These guys deducted 230 from the deposit for the cleaning even though we gave them a professionally cleaned home. When we rented the property they said, that the check-in and check-out reports will be compared, but it was nothing like that. The inventory lady was trying to find every particle of dust in every corner which she didn't do at the check in.
Who charges 230 for cleaning the 3 bedroom flat which was already professionally cleaned and 125 for jet wash of smallest balcony? This is highly unprofessional practice. Very disappointed with them. Only one lady - Fiona is very good. Very honest and lovely lady. Others are not honest. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES.

The worst letting agency ever to deal with. My partner and I rent their flat 5 Sherbourne House in the matter of urgency for 6 months until I purchase my own place as I had previous house sale failed due to the seller's chain. We did not negotiate the asking price as it was a temporary accommodation and on the check in date their agent who called Monika did not take a proper photos and many dents in the cooker and holes were in the wall that haven not been taken or noticed and we were lucky to take photos on the following day and sent it to Monika who checked me in, on the end of the 6 months period we have cleaned the flat to an excellent condition as exactly we rent it from day one, which they did not like and wanted to deduct 100 from my deposit because there some dust as they mentioned despite the same girl Monika came to check me out and said the flat is almost the same as of the check in date, their manager Robert came with an excuse that Monika never sent to them the photos that we sent on the following day of the check in which is none of my business and it is something internally to deal with the agents they use and just claimed that I did the holes in the wall, dents and cracks in cooker.
One of their funny staff wanted to remarketing the flat during the peak of COVID 19 and bring new tenants to check the property no matter what it can cause or risk myself and my partner who was heavily pregnant. We have contacted the Deposit protection scheme to get our money back which they held it assuming that they can take people's money for no reason.
I do not recommend them at all and I would give them a rank below ZERO. I have taken my money back because we have the evidence of their lies and I advise anyone to avoid this letting agent. Also when I told him that I am not letting you taking a penny from my money and I will add my review about the worst service from him and his agency he told me this is saying about you not about us, I careless about him or his agency but just wanted to inform the tenants that they might think of using their awful service.

Completely agree with the comments from A M. We felt they cared more about the owner of the property than the people they rented the properties to. Our story, when we moved in, it was a brand new build and the lady who did an inventory check of the property didn't care that the builders left a mess, dust was everywhere and there were marks here and there.
When we moved out, it was different story. She paid so much attention to every corner of the flat, like a detective but without the magnifying glass. She came up with a huge list of issues, mostly wear and tear or things we pointed out when we moved in. Trying to reason with the Real Estate company about our original inventory check and the issues we raised shortly after we moved in VS the checkout inventory was difficult to the point we had to give in and give them part of our bond. This place is run just like a business, with no care for their tenants who are also their customers.
