Arrived to view a house. The agent 'moe' was late.didnt introduce herself as the agent. I had to press her for that. Then told we can't enter the property? After agreeing to a viewing at said time.i was partly ignored then questioned weirdly again if I was there to view? (errr yeah) then told I had to wear a mask, when in fact I don't. Very passive aggressive manner from moe throughout.
Then when I heard her speil and said bye she said to my 3 Yr old son. 'seeya, wouldn't want to be ya' Overall rude and unprofessional from start to end. Maybe this agent needs to head to the scrap heap. It's 2021, her degrading of potential tenants is totally out of order. Won't be dealing with them again.

I have rented two different places with them and I have mixed feelings. Some of the people working here are awesome, others not, like everywhere else. My main concern though is that once you pay the fee, they basically get into a passive role, you have to press them to get your deposit information, contract, house info, etc. Also they use to mess up with the contracts, things like not adding special requests after being agreed (e.g: allow one pet in the apartment). All this may be due to them not really managing the property, but that doesn't justify not taking care of what I said above.

Awful company. Miseld me about a property I viewed and the damp problems it had. Also used my data without permission so there associate company could set up gas and electricity accounts at an address I never even moved into a year after I viewed it, Refused to provide me with my data when requested as it had suddenly been destroyed after my request.
Stay well clear from this company there an absolute joke. Update****** after your reply ****** You never advised me about the damp. The tenant did when we had to revisit the property to collect my daughters hat. Which was after we had paid fees to secure the property you also refused point blank to refund my fees even though the tenant in there was leaving early due to damp issues and we were made aware of this from the tenant not yourselves after we had paid fees.
Why on earth would we pay fees for eehouse if we were advised it was damp. My partner was heavily pregnant when we viewed and you were more than happy to let us move in knowing the house was damp and took the fees knowing this. It was only after the tenant advised us about the issues we pulled out. You didn't advise us not to take the house infact you said there werent issues at that time as there had recently had a damp proof course completed (however you only advised this after taking our fees and after I questioned you around my conversation with the tenant) you also said if we were to move in and have issues with damp you would ensure we could get out of the tenancy.
You took fees knowing a house was damp then Refused to refund them. Then to add to this 1 year later I get a bill from a house we never moved into for 12months gas and electricity. I told you this could be resolved by refunding my fees and giving me a formal apology which you refused. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this company.
