Our three business centres in Battersea, London, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells Kent offer flexible and modern fully-serviced office space with the option of add-on integrated facilities including telephone answering, administrative/secretarial and postal services.
Serviced offices in a prestigious building recently refurbished, boasting its own gym facilities and located as stone's throw away from Tunbridge Wells train station and the bustling high street. Our service package includes maintenance, security, utilities and cleaning.

My partner and I have had a seamless transition from the initial viewing to collecting the keys with Penhurst Properties. Jack was very flexible around our needs and always responded in a quick and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience with Penhurst while living in one of their properties - they're responsive, professional and understanding. By far the best lettings agency I've dealt with while living in London & would recommend to anyone looking for a flat. Any issues we had with the flat (which were very few) were dealt with really quickly. Thanks again to Jack & Dominique for all their help over the last year and a half :)

I was renting from Penhurst two bed flat in Wimbledon for over 8 years. Through those years the managers came and go but they kept this same level of service which is good. I have to say that their maintenance team is very good. Whatever issue we had they tackled it in good time and things were sorted out quickly and efficiently. We were looking after the flat, so our deposit was returned within two days, and they deducted only the money which we all agreed for.

The only downside is two months' notice and restrictions when you can hand the notice. They will not accept it twice a year - summer time and around Christmas. Apart from this I would strongly recommend those guys.

I rented a place with Penhurst from July 2013 - June 2015. This letting agency is the WORST. Please avoid. While I was living in this house my flatmates ceiling fell down because of a ivy problem on the wall outside, it took a long time for them to fix it.months. She was forced to stay somewhere else. We were left without central heating from October 2014 - FEBRUARY 2015, I made several attempts to get them to fix it but they never would.

They only fixed it when I stopped paying rent. When we moved out we had an absolute nightmare getting the deposit back, there was no checkout process, we had the place professionally cleaned and left it in a good condition. We were told our deposit was protected by TDS but when we contacted them they told us they never had any record of a deposit for us!

They only gave us the deposit when we threatened to file a dispute with TDS. I could go on and on with problems I had with Penhurst.we shared a main door with a flat downstairs from us which had 3 locks, tenants downstairs had all 3 keys but we only had 2, so we would often be left locked inside on a first floor flat, which is a massive fire hazard.

I told this to Penhurst and they did nothing to solve it! I think the reviews on here are clearly people working for them, or people that haven't had a long enough experience of actual renting.

In these uncertain times, I am really grateful to Penhurst Properties. Being without a job in a pandemic is really stressful. Penhurst have been supportive, understandable and professional from the the beginning. My kindest regards to all team at Penhurst.

HORRIBLE!how they treated me, my friends came in March and kept their deposit and they didn't try to help nothing, in times of the pandemic I was alone at home and my pipes broke, my house was infected with mice (it took them more than a month to come) now Then they forced me to move to another room in the middle of the pandemic, I had many problems and they never came to help, they only answered for their convenience and they always told me that with a month's notice they would return the deposit. it's a lie! I asked for the notice in October and they told me what to wait for until January, the worst agency that ever had, they only know how to take advantage of people.

We rented a property from Penhurst for 18 months and the service was great throughout, from initial check in to check out. Jack and Ricardo were our main points of contact, always responsive and would sort out any problems within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Amazing team at Penhurst, they have made the process of finding and moving into a property seamless and completely stress free! I have had issues with numerous large renowned estate agents and they have made my life hell but Penhurst changed my experience entirely for the better! We have been in the Battersea location for 5 years now. It gives an excellent impression to clients and has good transport links. Shame the Northern line extension isn't going further. We are happy with our location and the service we get from the Penhurst team.
