We rented for over 2 years through this agency. At the start of the tenancy, they were organised and quick with sorting out the tenancy agreement and inventory & condition report. Once we ended our tenancy with no property issues, they returned our full deposit quickly. We left the property on Friday morning & received their decision email on the next Monday morning. NAA gave us the feeling of dealing with a family orientated, local business who try to balance the rights & responsibilities between landlords & tenants.
They are professional, fair-minded & quick to act when necessary. It's a pleasure to deal with James and his team & their contractor - Tim too. Yes, we would highly recommend NAA.

I rented a property through this estate agents from late 2021 to 2022. At the start of the tenancy they were very organised and quick with sorting out the tenancy agreements. They were quick to address any issues with the house that I had and overall nice people to deal with. Id have no problem using them again.

I would recommend Norwich Accommodation Agency to anyone who is looking to rent a property. I was renting a property which was managed by them for one year, they are very professional, responsive and friendly as well. All my questions and requests were always answered and dealt with promptly. It was a very pleasant experience and I always felt like a valued tenant. I would chose them anytime in the future again.

I have heard many horror stories about other letting agents, and I have had my own problems with one or two of them. But Norwich Accommodation Agency (NAA) turned this view on its head. My partner and I received nothing but fantastic service from NAA. They treat tenants as humans, which is a nice change to the normal way we are treated by other agents and landlords. NAA are a breath of fresh air and definitely worth your time and trust.

I was a tenant with Norwich Accommodation Agency for about 18 months and they were brilliant! They were always quick to respond to my emails and were always friendly and professional. They were also very quick to fix and repair any issues in my flat and genuinely made the whole experience of renting smooth and effortless. As a former tenant, I'd highly recommend them.
