I have been renting a property through Mcdonald for 6 years now and have no issues with them at all. If I have had any problems with the property they have contacted the landlord and got things sorted out.

I asked McDonald's if I could have a spare key for my mums flat rental and Matt Shepherd was so helpful and put me in touch with the correct company and was so helpful and even dropped the key off at my elderley parents flat for me, you don't get service like that very often. The staff here are very friendly. We've never had a problem with them. They are quick to. Act upon any problems we have with our property. They are professional and I would recommend them 100%

I have just rented a flat through McDonald Property Rentals and I am very happy with their professionalism. They have responded to all my emails and calls immediately and have sorted out the issues within no time.

Not very helpful at all, some of the staff have an arrogant and very poor attitude. The staff that I have dealt with are totally unprofessional and almost cocky. We have had issues with a few of their rental clients not keeping the rented property in a reasonable order and reasonably tidy. This is annoying when you have purchased your property and take pride in its appearance however these people seem to allow their rentals to turn areas into tips and are not interested in helping resolve disputes. Obviously they don't have a clue and don't care and keep taking the money.
