This company basically didn't provide any services and really rude exist customers. They charged admin fees but doing nothing. When the flat needs to repaid, they always postponed for at least one month. Even if they arranged an engineer, the engineer was always late. I requested to repair the toilet heating racks, they refused and said they had spent too much money so there is no way to replace a new one.
When I informed to terminate the lease contract, they started to arrange the viewings but not allowed me to change schedule. The most rude person is the owner, Chris. I had never seen anyone who works as real estate agent is so rude. Unbelievable! Will not suggest anyone to rent their flats as you will never receive any service but blames from them.

These letting agents are the most dishonest, rude, unreliable and money-grabbing agents I have ever worked with. They left me in tears on multiple occasions due to their withholding of money and any kind of maintenance services on our flat. They promised multiple things on looking round and signing the contract that were not upheld on move in. They told us that the rent was increasing by J20 a week per person two weeks before the end of our lease.
They charged us J100 for cleaning at the start of our tenancy and left the flat in a disgusting state for us to move into. There was damp. The boiler worked only sporadically and we had to argue for any kind of maintenance. I want to put the message out there and WARN other potential tenants NOT to rent with these horrible human beings.
