Everything was fine until I moved out. And then they absolutely bled me dry with the most pathetic reasons to keep money back you could think so. They are an absolute disgrace and just want to line their own pockets. I'd steer well clear if you want a fair and reasonable service otherwise you will find yourself robbed blind by this company. They are every reason why estate agents have such a bad name for being greedy.

Very professional organisation, Marcus, Nancy and Glenda were all great and went the extra mile to ensure that we secured our tenancy just before the Christmas break, allowing us to have a fresh start in a new year. Thank you guys.

I have known Glenda Bassett for some 25 years, initially as an executive of a company providing services for her clients and more recently since I retired as a tenant. What always impressed me was her professionalism You know her team will always do the right thing. She has the uncanny knack of reconciling the often competing requirements of Landlord and Tenant without offending either! I cannot recommend Glenda, Nancy and the rest of the team more highly for any Landlord or prospective tenant seeking their professional help.

All the many many property's I've contacted these people I can afford no problem, I've been trying hard to move back to this area Iv got family in the area and I had work opiunity's to get me back on my feet so to speak. I'm disabled. I have a broken spine and can hardly walk and I'm in more pain than can one can imagine all the time, I was told by one of there so called professionals that you can't rent the property's if claiming any benefits.

Even if we one can afford it! when my partner complained. she denied it and they simply stopped getting back to us on any properties we inquired about. We've given up trying now I never had this problem when I was a tree surgeon before I was disabled Feel utterly discriminated against,

Every member of the team was really professionally and always happy to help. The team are quick to return our calls and emails with questions or problems and so far, nothing has been a problem that couldn't be fixed.

After nearly 3 years as tenants with GB lettings I thought that I would update my review. In the time we lived in the property GB lettings couldn't have been more helpful. We lived in an old barn conversion so there always seemed to be something going wrong. We just picked up the phone and they were friendly and resolved any issue's promptly. Never were we made to feel like a nuisance.

When we left the inspection was balanced and reasonable and we received our full deposit back. I would not hesitate to rent with GB lettings again. Thank you Glenda and her team. We dealt with Glenda and she was very kind. She waited nearly an hour after closing for us to collect the keys as we was coming from Spain so we have a nice bottle of Spanish wine for her.

They are very thorough in processing which they have to be. That did get a little frustrating but I appreciate that they act on behalf of the vendor. I would definitely recommend them as vendor or tenant.

Really friendly Estate Agents and helpful prior to moving in and during our tenancy. However, when it came to moving out of the property (apart from us not being able to get the properties carpets professionally cleaned.) The house was in a better condition than when we had moved it. yet they picked the house to pieces and took over a couple of hundred pounds out of our deposit. and charging stupid amounts of money for small tasks. including (despite only being told we had to keep x1 parking space clear at the begining of our letting we were then billed for x2 parking spaces (I had cleared x1 parking spaces but this was not good enough.) So great to get you in, take a while to reply to emails, and after your deposit when you move out. *proceed with caution*

I've lived in rental properties for many years. These are the first agents that were completely up-front, honest, straightforward and didn't try to screw me on returning my deposit. I'm impressed, and if I moved back to the SW, I would use them again - which is more than I can say for any other agent!

Absolutely brilliant, we moved while my partner was pregnant, they were so helpful and considerate, also a tree blew from across the road and hit the house. Within 10 minutes of me phoning them they had a specialist here to remove it and repair the roof, all done within a few hours, highly recommended. They were also fine about us having dogs and a cat. All the staff are brilliant, if ever an issue it gets sorted straight away
