Read their reviews on Trustpilot. Even if you're desperate to rent. This company can be unlawful as they please, especially if you're not a UK national. Get ready to be blamed and charged money. 2 stars instead of 1 because they have a separate department that deals with Property Maintenance. The people from that department are much more polite and do not yell at you. UPDATE: Since I left this comment, they have created a new Trustpilot account and now it has 5 star reviews that they have clearly bought. Avoid these swindlers!

The team at Infiniti Property have been nothing but helpful making our moving in process seamless, we've had issues with the housing itself (no fault of their own) and they've been wonderful at getting our issues sorted too in a fast and mannerly fashion.

Repair team is always so helpful and gets things done very quickly. Brilliant service and communication from Zoe at the repair line. Always getting things done ASAP and very polite!

Moving from another country to UK- Glasgow could not have been smoother without the help from Infiniti property. Everything related to moving to the new property was taken care of by the team once my application was selected

I rented a flat with them for 11 months. Communication was clear and timely, and I did not experience any issues during my tenancy. They were always friendly and helpful.

Staying at 206 k main Street barrhead was a victim of a armed robbery paid every month as intially agreed now I'm leaving they claim I owe late fees and are trying to force me to stay longer despite me informing them a week prior to this and the reason I wanted to leave they now claim I owe late fees and are trying to keep my deposit these people are the lowest of a low. Please avoid if you don't want robbed and have the company weasal ways to get extra money out you before you leave

The service provided by Infiniti Properties is excellent and professional, as a new landlord I had lots of questions every day, Stephanie always answered my questions and walked the extra mile to provide a fantastic service, when she is busy she will call me back right away, I have never had a delay in answering my calls and/or question, staff were friendly and professional, for all these reasons I highly recommend Infiniti Properties to landlords and tenants.

Incompetent and unlawful, this letting agency is simply atrocious. Infiniti Properties and a landlord (Tony Skinner) let a property out that did not comply with The Repairing Standard, contained in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006, where: "The property must be wind and water tight and in all other respects reasonably fit for people to live in." I endured severe water ingress for over 9 months.

At the end of my tenancy, Infiniti Properties had the audacity to claim money from my deposit for cleaning issues related to water ingress. An adjudicator from SafeDeposits Scotland reviewed my evidence and rejected their claim. The staff at Infiniti Properties are rude and only interested in your money. Avoid.

I have now been dealing with Infiniti Properties for over 5 years. During this period of time I am extremely happy with the services they have provided me with. There has been issues ( like all companies have ) however these issues have always been dealt with well by Infiniti Properties. I usually deal with Stephanie who has been great, and is very good at her job.

I have also dealt with Danielle who again has been very good and is good at her job. I haven't dealt with the other staff that regularly however when I have they all have been very good and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. So far so good hence the 5 star review. Keep up the good work.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Ignored & terrible service from this company! Do not use. As soon as they get you a property they do not care afterwards at all & will try & blame & take you for money for no reason what so ever. Will not offer any help with issues with the property either. Would not advise & would never use again.

Terrible. Only cared about money. Viewed a flat and was told stuff would be fixed before I moved in. It wasn't. Flat was also quite dusty and I had to scrub black mould out of the toilet cistern (looked like it had been there for years)
Really bad getting repairs done. Told them there was mould in my kitchen and never heard anything about it.

Had a leak through my ceiling for three days before they got someone round to fix it even though they also let out and had keys for upstairs flat. (Also heard similar stories from neighbours).

When I asked them to provide electrical test certificates (which I was informed by an experienced and qualified electrician are a legal requirement to have done between tenancies) I was met with a wall of silence. Smoke alarm didn't even work when I moved in. Good riddance. Only deal with Infiniti if you're so well off you don't have to live in shitty cheap flats because they clearly only care about the ones which bring them in decent money.
Was told what I wanted to hear (yes, we'll do this, yes we'll see about getting this fixed) until I had paid deposit and moved in
