Western Lettings

Western Lettings have been brilliant. I rented a flat through them for several years, and they were very reliable and helpful every time there was a problem. I have also found their pricing very fair. They are the best you can get in the West End.

Absolutely awful experience. I have been renting in the UK for over 10 years and I have never had such a bad experience with any state agents. I saw myself in the situation were the landlord had to come back to the property after 4 months of me moving in, and I had to leave within 28 days. The worst wasn't the fact that I had to move out with such short notice, but was the lack of assistance and sympathy from this agents. From day one, they have been uninterested and unhelpful. I don't want to have anything to do with this company ever again. Thanks for nothing.

With many years experience in the property industry, I have encountered many letting agents over the years both occasionally good and more often very very bad, but none have come close to the exceptional level of service I have received - as a landlord - from Catherine, Sandra, Jack and the rest of the team at Western. Best decision I made was when I put all my properties into Westerns care a few years back and I would highly recommend that both experienced and new landlords do the same. Always amazing and unequalled service. Top notch.all round.

We have used Western Lettings for the past 3 years and they have been amazing. Catherine and Emily have gone out of their way to look after our home for us especially through the pandemic, as we have been overseas and the communication has been first class, they always return our emails within minutes. We have recently sold our house and are close to settlement and they still go out of their way to help us I would not hesitate to use Western Lettings again.

We rented a flat off of Western Lettings last year and they were fantastic all through the process. They have always been very quick at responding to emails and were at end of the phone if we needed anything. The washing machine broke 2 weeks after moving in and they got someone out to look at it, and ultimately replace it quickly. We were a bit nervous when we moved out as there are so many horror stories of letting agents being difficult with deposits. But they appreciated how clean we had left the flat and refunded us the full amount. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a flat in Glasgow.

The company is well managed and organised for every nitty-gritty. I like the fact that they put the photo of each letting agent at the end of email. Prompt, professional, and good customer service.

My property manager Tom is very responsible and reliable, always there and ready to help, from my initial application to flat maintance from time to time till now. Moving in was as straight forward as ever. They have a fully automated digital service, making all processes a breeze. Extremely helpful with anything you might need. This is one of the best estate agents around.

We've dealt with a few estate agents/letting agents in our time and Western Lettings is by far the most responsive and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. Particularly our dealings with Catherine, who has been nothing but professional and helpful! The check in process, inventory and tenancy agreement has been easy to do online, the inventory being very thorough.

I was pleased with their service and value to me as a landlord before but tonight they've gone above and beyond to help me with access into my property when we were caught in a key issue! Contacted the out of hours service and within 2hrs all was sorted. Jack went back to the office to sort.

Great experience renting through Western Lettings. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and are always quick with a response to any queries. Moving out of the property was made easy and I received confirmation my deposit would be released within hours. I Would highly recommend Western Lettings to anyone.

I rented with Western Lettings for the last 3-4 months of a 7.5~ month stay in Glasgow from January 1st 2021. The landlord (which was also lovely and responsive) switched over to them for a while before letting us know he chose to sell the flat but this was communicated effectively by him and the agency and they went above and beyond to make the stay and moving as easy as possible!

I can honestly say these have been the best letting agents I have ever worked with. After bad experiences and OK experiences in the past I was constantly surprised how efficient, professional, polite, reasonable and helpful this team were. The price was no different (and in fact cheaper) than many others and it has been absolutely worth it. They. have been fantastic right up to the point where I sold my flat last month (and even beyond!).
