Having not rented for 20 years, I was really lucky to find my first rental property in September 2019 with Let It Bee. They have been so helpful to us, and given us a really positive re-entry to the rental market. All the office based team do everything they can for their tenants and property owners, and the subcontracted property maintenance team they engage are always professional and reliable. I would rent through them all the time if I could.

I have been a landlord with Let-it-Bee since 2003 and they have always been truly wonderful to work with. Alison has never failed in helping me resolve any problems and can always recommend reliable tradespeople to assist with any problems. She is always willing to help and deal with any issues for me when needed, often taking on problems for me to help out.
She is always available and deals with any issues promptly. With her long experience in letting, she has a vast knowledge and has always been able to find reliable tenants quickly. I personally wouldn't go with any other agent now, Jon

Just completed a 12 month tenancy for a flat in Hove, I've had some bad experiences renting previously however I received fantastic service from Ali and Tom. Any issues were dealt with quickly and they were able to respond and resolve any requests I had. I will definitely use again if I move back to the area! Thank you for a great tenancy

Great experience, we've been super happy with Let it bee. They are always available, reply back in short times, communication is transparent, they're flexible and have helped with anything we needed.
