My only advice for prospective tenants is DONT DO IT! After renting in London for 10 years this group are by far the worst landlords I've ever had. I am a female living by myself and on 2 separate occasions men were let into the property without my knowledge or permission (on one occasion I was in the shower!). All grievances were stonewalled. Also small issues just simply aren't resolved (currently receiving advice on how to clean mould which is stuck in the grout.). This firm have bullet proof contracts so there's no way out once your in!

The team at Hurford Salvi Carr (dockland branch) has been exceptional and very responsive in helping me to rent out my place. The process from start to finish has been very smooth, thanks to the proactive approach of the team, very quick process for putting the property on the market, clear photos and description and useful guidance provided to me as a landlord.
All my correspondences have been answered very quickly so far. Many thanks especially to Marc who always respond to my emails on the same day even in the evening. They have also inspected the property before it being rented out to make sure that everything is in order. Very helpful and smooth service overall.

Sebastian and his team are just top notch! They are immensely knowledgable and they constantly run the extra mile to assist you at all stages. The only fact I managed to sell my flat achieving the asking price during lockdown it says it all. They found the right buyers who loved our place as much as we did. I couldn't recommend them enough.

John at the Limehouse branch fit me in for two back to back viewings at very short notice. I really appreciated the effort he went to to help. His approach was very friendly, and not pressured. The move in process was simple, things like bills/council tax were arranged for me, and since moving in they've continued to be helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely useless. Was a tenant for a year which was more than enough. Had multiple issues from dead mice, mould infestation, constant sewage leaks in car park (actual human waste blocking me getting to my car) and agent was unresponsive, never took any of my phone calls. No resolution was made. Just glad I was able to get out of there bearing in mind I was paying a substantial amount for this property that was 'canary wharf' - was poplar . We were only a young couple and they fully took advantage of us - absolute scumbags. Please see pics attached) We warned you
