Cooperlets

I have been a landlord with Cooperlets for approximately 5 years and highly recommend them. They are a small and friendly team, very professional and always happy to help. They provide an excellent service.

Cooper Lets were great, we submitted an application for a property which was complete within a couple of days and we were able to view the property as soon as we liked. They were very helpful and responsive, we asked last minute if we could move the key collection to a sooner date and they were happy to help and do whatever they could to get us in as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend.

I've been a tenant renting through cooperlets for about 7 years. I've always found them to be superb. Impartial and accurate information from knowledgeable staff. Issues dealt with promptly. Most letting agents are actually estate agents that do lettings as a sideline, but cooperlets is a dedicated letting agency and it shows in how well they do what they do. The staff are all awesome, even to the extent that they stop and say hello if you pass them on the street. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Please do your due diligence and inquire at other profound estate agency as CooperLets are abysmal. 1. If you are a property owner there'll be a lack of management for your property. The utilities for the tenants will not be maintained ie fridges, taps, sinks, windows etc. 2. If you're a tenant expect that you won't get your deposit back anytime soon.

Or without hassle. Best case they will tell you they've deducted fees for shoddy reasons. 3. Very misleading in their marketing/advertisement. The property will look 100x better in the pictures on rightmove than when you get there. (False advertisement). Please save yourself the time.

I have Dealt with this Coopers for over 10 years and i would recomend them 100%, the staff are always great and get any problems prompt and profesional.

Very poor service. Didn't spot missing items during the inventory. Didn't notice that an alarm system had been taken out - and didn't seek or provide any compensation for that. I will never use again

5* Service all round. Very helpful staff. They went above & beyond to make things run smoothly. Highly recommended

I have dealt with Cooperlets since 2003 and I have to say that they have been superb - their customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond to sort out any glitches and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish all companies could be like this.
