If you’d rather maintain some contact with tenants, we can manage the rent collection and the tenant will contact you to report repairs etc. You will be responsible for arranging annual gas safety checks, carrying out inspections etc.

If you’re a more experienced landlord and only need help to find a tenant, then our tenant find service may be suitable for you.

Tenant Information
Report
Once you’ve viewed the property and have let us know that you’d like to apply to rent from us, you will be asked to complete an application form. Our application process involves several steps that aim to protect you the tenant, ourselves as letting agent and the landlord/owner of the property.
You will be asked to complete an application form to provide details of yourself and anyone you intend to have living with you.
You may be asked to provide a reference or allow us to carry out a tenancy check with Rent4Sure
You will be asked to provide evidence that you can afford to live in the property you are applying for. This could be in the form of payslips or a letter detailing the benefits you are entitled to.
You will be asked to provide I. D. that proves that you are entitled to rent a property in the UK. See the Government web pages here to read about how and why we do these checks.
Once your application has been processed and approved you will be given a move in date. You will need to come to our office to sign the tenancy agreements etc. and collect the keys. If the property is not local to our offices we can arrange to meet you at the property. On your move in day we will take gas, electricity and water meter (if present) reading and provide these to the relevant suppliers with your details. We will also inform the council tax department of the local authority that you have moved in to the property.
