Brunswick have been flawless in their communication and delivery of customer service, and I could not have dealt with a better letting agent during my 4+ years tenancy term. The staff are always very professional and helpful. Thank you again, and keep up the amazing work that you are all doing! I was a tenant for 1 and a half years and had a good experience dealing with Brunswick. The entire staff is great and always prompt in responses. In case of any issues, they were sorted out pretty quickly. They were very fast in responding to emails. One of the best letting agents in Glasgow - highly recommended.

My husband and two year old have just finished renting with Brunswick. From start to finish our renting experience was seamless. We found the staff at Brunswick to be professional, friendly and always extremely helpful. Any queries we had were always responded to promptly. The standard of service we received was exceptional.

My renting process with Brunswick was excellent from start to finish. My entry was managed professionally and efficiently, the flat was very clean and inventory was thorough. I was given plenty of notice in writing whenever any inspection/ changes were due (which was maybe twice in my year and a half tenancy period) so I wasn't bothered. I didn't have any problems but I'm sure if I had they would have dealt with them quickly.
The exit process was as easy as the entry and I received my deposit back quickly. Would highly recommend this letting agent and if looking to rent again in future I would not hesitate in contacting them again. Great service!
