I rented from the property store and my bedroom ceiling leaked into my bed. After sending people round to fix it (who failed), they simply stopped sending anyone. I paid 4 months of rent for a flat I spent 4 nights in because of the leak and the agents ignored all of my emails referring to the tenancy agreement that the flat should be watertight and requesting some rent back.

After renting with these clowns for 4 years and having a very very bad experience, receiving next to no support from every issue ranging from electrical problems through to boiler faults, I recently, mistakenly arranged a viewing of another property on their books. I now live outside Glasgow so it took me 2 hours to get into the property and 2 to get home.

They claimed the viewing time was actually for 3pm - instead of the 3.30pm we'd agreed despite the fact that I'd checked it out the day before. It was definitely 3.30pm we were supposed to meet - they sent nobody to the viewing, wasting 4 hours of my time.
