I have been a landlord with One stop for the last few years and i couldnt be happier with the onestop team, they keep all our properties in great condition, find us awsome tenants which they treat with care and respect, they take great care of us making sure we are doing all the right things, couldnt recomend One Stop Properties highly enough to both landlords and tenants.

I've been renting a property via One Stop Properties for over 3 years and they have been professional and helpful throughout my tenancy. They have done everything you could possibly expect from a letting agent, been extremely good at communicating and are very professional and above board in all their interactions. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been with One Stop for 5 years at a flat they manage, and had a great experience with them dealing with everything in relation to my lease flat. Kirsty Olgive and Melanie Gibbons were always very sweet and quick to respond to inquiries or issues, either by email or phoning. There were never any major problems, and I really felt like they cared incredibly for their customers. I would highly recommend them for any future property management or lease situations.

I purchased my new property in Glasgow in 2007 as part of a modest but expanding portfolio. i contacted a number of Management Agents in the area; the majority of them were indifferent about the service that they were prepared to offer but One Stop Properties immediately came across as a company who were hungry to prove that they would go above and beyond my expectations.

They have been partners with me in the truest sense and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that they were custodians of my investment. i sold the apartment in June 2021 but during the fourteen years that One Stop Properties were entrusted with my property they have sourced reliable tenants, undertaken regular inspections of the property, handled any repairs and/or maintenance that was required, guided me with advice on any number of issues and even helped me with the disposal of the apartment. i have no hesitation in suggesting that based on my lengthy experience of dealing with them One Stop Properties have to be regarded as the premier letting agents in the city of Glasgow.

I wouldn't usually bother leaving a review for something like this but I think One Stop deserve it. Easily the best agents I've dealt with as a tenant. They're responsive and professional at all times, eager to help and I never felt they were being invasive with inspections etc, and they were always happy to work around my schedule when any visits were required.

Any issues with the flat were always dealt with promptly and to a high standard. All tradesmen used were always friendly and professional. Even when I had a bit of financial difficulty, they were sympathetic and eager to help. Though I ultimately had to leave Glasgow, we parted on excellent terms and if I ever look to rent in Glasgow again, One Stop will be the first agents I contact.

I rented with One Stop Properties for a little under a year and can easily recommend them as the best letting agent I have rented with to date. They are upfront and honest, professional, courteous and easy to deal with, which sets them apart from many other letting agencies I have encountered who have made the phrase 'letting agents' a byword for unscrupulousness and stress.

Their communication was very good from the application stage through to the ending of the tenancy itself. Information was always well explained and clear cut and they were swift in responding to any problems or queries I had with the flat. It has been a genuinely refreshing experience to rent with this letting agent and not to have to fight and harangue them over every little issue only to face more upon moving out as has been my experience renting with other agencies, and this has made life significantly easier and less stressful for me. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent with someone relaible and I wish them all the best for the future.

Hi, I rented with One Stop Properties for nearly 2 years. Great quality and price for the location with walking distance of the city centre and with private car parking as well. Only one issue whilst in the flat which was with a loose kitchen tap which one stop fixed immediately so great service on that part. When it came to handing back the keys they noticed 2 places that I had completely forgot about to clean and gave me the opportunity to go back in, catch these areas so me and my wife were able to recieve our full deposit back without any issue which they didn't have to do but I totally applaud them for that as I had previous dealings with another letting agent who didn't hesitate to take some of the deposit for things missed. So overall 5 stars

We rented a flat for two and a half years from One Stop Properties and had a great experience. The team were always friendly and professional and responded to our enquiries promptly. When we had minor issues, these were attended to quickly and without quibble. After we left, we were delighted to hear we would get our deposit returned. I have no hesitation in recommending One Stop.

I have used 1 Stop Properties for 6+ years and it took the stress out of flat letting for me. It was never a situation I wanted to be in on top of my own home property but Mel (in particular) took the worry and "extra work" out of the everyday management. I always felt that I was in safe hands for any situation and had a sounding board for any issues or questions I had. Sad to be leaving them but would highly recommend them....

Honestly the best real estate agency as we know it. We recommend to all people who are looking for full professionalism. We rent a flat from six years and there have never been any problems. Little failures were removed immediately and were never ignored. Agency staff respectful of everyone and very friendly as well as the atmosphere at the agency very warm.

1stop properties is a very helpful agency. As it was the first contract I signed by myself, very friendly staff members helped me with all my questions and concerns. We had to wait quite a while until we were able to move into the flat, but when we moved out everything went smooth and I can recommand this agency.

I met both directors when they were starting out in establishing 1Stop Properties. I was impressed with their intended approach and business values and as such moved my portfolio. Up till that time I felt I had not been served correctly and that tenants had been misled, mistreated and misinformed. Over ten years later and I can safely say that 1Stop properties was one of the best business decisions I've ever made. Check them out. They are different as both Landlord and Tenant are served in a professional, fair, open, courteous and welcoming way.

First time landlord and think I've struck it lucky with 1 Stop properties they have been amazing not only keeping me right with all the legal stuff but help and advising me with my second property. Nothing is too much trouble for them really friendly bunch would highly recommend them
