M2 have managed my rental property successfully for over 5 years for a number of different tenants. They are professional, courteous, responsive and really care about both landlord and tenant. Mark has personally visited the property on many occasions. Excellent service and value for money. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am a tenant in a property managed by M2 and I must say I am very pleased by their service. In particular I want to mention that Kirsty has been extremely kind and helpful. I recently moved countries, and her help has been crucial in making sure any issues with the apt gets solved really quickly. M2 manage one of the buildings we own a property in and they have been nothing short of brilliant to deal with. Having compared quite a few before engaging them they have proved to be extremely reasonable and competitively priced, efficient, dynamic and always on the look out to add value for money for their clients. Furthermore they are always at the end of the phone should an emergency or even just a query need to be answered. Not only extremely knowledgeable and have wide industry contacts but Mark and his team are super nice people too! I can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely fantastic! M2 Property are a group of professionals, who offer you a personal hands on experience and are genuinely lovely people. I am so far delighted with the service of this guys. They have a good cloud system for references and you don't even have to pop in the office to sign the tenancy agreement. :D Philip has been exceptionally supportive and patient chasing my references, always kind and available to answer any question.
