In the past we had a pretty terrible experience with FJ Lord with a longstanding issue with our boiler. However, since Matthew Lavery has taken over as our property manager, the service we have received has been fantastic and it feels like a totally different company we are all of a sudden dealing with. He is fast to respond, keeps us updated on any progress and checks in to ensure things are resolved/completed. Really appreciate all his help and he is a credit to the business (which before he stepped in, we had given up hope with.)

I have rented from FJL with Lucy Martin for four years at the Quarterdeck, and it was a wonderful experience. The company, and in particular Lucy was very responsive and prompt in solving any questions and concerns we had. She is the friendliest representative and takes her customers to a different level. Everything concerning furniture and bills was exactly as explained by her, and she made sure we were comfortable and all settled at our new place. Moreover, she was periodically checking on us during our time at this location, as well negotiated the best deal with the landlord.
