Docklands Realestates acted as letting agents for my apartment. The tenants have been paying their rental amounts diligently and on time. Since March 2018 Docklands Realestates have not been paying these rental amounts due to me. When I finally spoke to the owner after many phone calls and emails , he advised me that he has used the money to restructure his business and does not have the money to pay me.
ludicrous that he has used rental monies for fund his business affairs. I still have not been able to get any rental statements and monies from them. I would strongly avoid any kind of business dealings with this company.
