(Wrote this about 2 years ago, and realised I'd selected a different, but similarly named company) I've been meaning to leave this review for a while, myself and my partner have just moved into our first house. I moved up to Huddersfield for work around 3 years ago, and have stayed at 2 properties both rented by Maison, and they've been amazing. Phil and Cliff are both very personable, and are happy to help if anything goes wrong.
Our oven door shattered in our house a few months ago, and it was replaced and fitted within days, and if a water heater went down during winter they'd have their engineer over to look at it. When we were buying the house we're in now, they allowed us to extend the rent, were very honest and helpful, and they made a difficult situation a lot easier to deal with.
