Great communication throughout our whole purchase. Fran was particularly efficient- no email or call went unanswered. She helped to try speed up what was an exceptionally long procress in the end. It might not be the first thing you think of when you need an estate agent but when we were getting no updates from our solicitors, we just called these guys up and they did the digging and got right back to us. And we called, a lot! Used them over the years for tenant finds etc and nothing ever too much to help with. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We recently purchased a property marketed through Peter Davids in Brighouse. It needed a lot of work doing and contractors needed access prior to move in date. which the staff arranged with their client seamlessly. We couldn't visualise what it may look like after renovation but Sally was able to arrange for us to visit a property they had previously sold that had already been renovated.thus going the extra mile for us.

We've used Peter David to manage our property letting for about 6 years now and have always found them to be very helpful and efficient in their service. We trust them to get on and do their job - but keeping in touch with us when necessary. The tenants they have found for us have looked after the property. Although I recommend from a tenant's perspective - Peter David have been in touch with us when little jobs have needed sorting out, so I get the impression that if a tenant raises any concerns about the property Peter David will do their best to liaise with the landlord to get it resolved for them.

I have had a small house in Sowerby Bridge rented with Peter David Properties for some years now. From my very first meeting to the current time they have been brilliant. The team in the office is excellent. They alert me to any issues and take care of everything for me with efficiency and speed. The team of subcontractors (electricians, plumbers etc) they have are good too. The icing on the cake for me is that, what could be a nightmare is turned into a very easy and straightforward process. Very impressed with Peter David. Our house was only marketed with them for 24 hours and they'd arranged 4 viewings. We had a super tenant within a week. All the paperwork was completed smoothly and we were extremely impressed as to how well everything went through. They are taking care of the letting, which is a weight off the mind. Everyone with whom we've dealt has been very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
