So unprofessional. I don't think I have ever spoken to such a bad company. They are looking after a landlord that shares the same land as my landlord. They had bollards put in by local handy man and now has damage my vehicle. Spoke to Pam and i don't think I have spoken to anyone as argumentative as her. Straight on the defensive/blunt/rude. When I get to meet the landlord they are representing il be letting them know what company they are dealing with.
By the looks of there responses on there reviews you get a picture of what they are really like. Worst estate agents in Tamworth. Never got many properties for let or sale as you can see why. Waiting for your argumentative response!

We were given great confidence after viewing a property when we had a situation that one of us was abroad. Gave us the "we have done this before" bs, a deposit was put on the place and Karen had no idea what she was doing changed her mind about how to do our credit checks, we had sent so much private information to her for her not to even bother using it to then change her mind a week later that she needed it all again.
If you work for a private confidential sector that you cant give certain information about. Don't bother because its not good enough. The whole process dragged on for 6 weeks plus for us to make the cut and had enough it wasn't worth the stress. Don't bother. We lost our deposit money we couldn't afford to lose. Its funny to see all the bad reviews on here and the "company" arguing back. That should say alot about them.

Without doubt the worst estate agent I've came across in my time. Where to begin. Karen is an embarresment to the industry she works in and treats her tenants with total contempt and at times goes beyond rudeness to the point of complete insult. False deposit claims which they often lose due to lack of evidence and their check in inventorys are absolutely woeful and lack any detail of condition. A completely inflexible company which looks and has the reputation of being completely left in the stone ages.
