Dave has provided us with an updated version of our dormant website and was happy to advise and provide some ideas for us to consider. The end result is exactly as we wanted and easy to use with super images and easy to navigate layout. I can recommend PWDP for Estate Agency, Letting Agency or Hybrid websites

Having looked around for a while for a suitable company to develop and host a new website for us we almost stumbled across PWDP and what a good day that was. Dave and his colleagues designed a site for us which we feel supports the image we have, and want to develop further. He had lots of ideas and suggestions and now 2/3 years on we are still getting compliments about the site.
If we need to make changes we can contact PWDP easily by phone, agree what needs to be done and quickly see the results - just what we need and no hesitation in recommending this company.

We have been using Property Web Design for many years. I have to say the chap that runs it is fantastic. Really knows what he is doing and is extremely helpful. The other day we had a problem with our existing email provider, one call to PWDP and they took over our service flawlessly and had us back up and running flawlessly. Thanks very much Dave :

We've had two properties with them for several years and, although the tenants they've found us have been fine, the management service has been truly awful and we've ended up sacking them. They're not registered with ARLA or the The Property Ombudsman so we have no recourse for our complaints other than legal action. (Our local Trading Standards say letting is a commercial activity so landlords don't count as consumers.) Our complaints:
- Rent payments taking on average about 3 weeks to reach our account - sometimes so late that we've struggled to identify which month it was for!
- Unresponsive to tenant requests & complaints
- Failing to send us relevant paperwork (including copies of tenancy agreements and inventories) despite repeated requests
- Failing to spot a missing month's rent until WE pointed it out to them
- Failing to protect deposits until AFTER we wrote to them to end our contract with them - and failing to transfer the deposits into our name after expiry of the contract
- "Regular" inspections of the properties as described in their Ts & Cs have consisted of ONE inspection in a tenancy of well over 2 years and none at all in a tenancy of 17 months to date, and they have failed to conduct check-out inventories as instructed by us at the end of their tenure.
