I very highly recommend Premier Lets&Sales! We recently purchased a house through them and I was extremely happy with the customer service received. Roma was so professional, always there to speak to even when she had days off. Our Sale was very complicated and I felt that I had loads of support and help from Roma. She was very friendly, very organised and quick, made our purchase very easy. Roma was constantly communicating with us and the estate agents and solicitors and I cannot recommend her enough! Tobias was also very professional, let us view the property several times and was very friendly during viewings.
I have already told friends who are looking to buy about Premier Lets&Sales because they are excellent and they are truely amazing. I felt that their customer service was outstanding and I recommend them so much. Their communication skills are brilliant which is so important when you are purchasing a property. I have used both the sales and lettings sides of Premier Lets & Sales and have been exceptionally pleased with their very professional service. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST LETTING AGENT THAT EVER EXISTED! The staff genuinely do not know what they are doing and truly do not care about you as a tenant. It's like they are paid to do the worst job they can possibly do and given bonuses to be extra useless, rude and ignorant. If you have the option, DO NOT GO WITH THIS LETTING AGENT. It is not worth the stress, disrespect and the money.
You're better off buying a cardboard box to live out of and taking money for rent out of your account each month and burning it. This would be a much more pain free and worth while thing to do than to rent with Premier Lets. They do not deserve the one star I have given - should be an option for zero!

We were really pleased with the service throughout. We'd never sold a property before. We chose this agent and to do our own viewings as it was a fixed fee, this worked out less than a third of the price of some of the other agents we spoke with. Doing our own viewings was no problem, and we had 2 offers within the first few viewings, the only thing I'd recommend is politely declining if a potential buyer wants to exchange telephone numbers! Whilst the price was the initial draw it was meeting Roma that made our decision to sell with Premier lets & Sales.
She dealt with our sale and was extremely polite, professional, sympathetic throughout the whole process, our buyers became quite difficult towards the end of the sale and Roma made herself available to talk to even on her days off, which we really appreciated! The interactions we had with other staff were all friendly, and professional. We were extremely pleased with the service provided and the end result, so would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to sell their home, if we decide to move again they will be our first choice. Due partly to my husband's work, we have been renting properties for the last fifteen years, and have come across many lettings agents in several parts of the country. Without doubt our best experience has been with Premier lets in Seaford. This is the second time we have used them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have taken the stress out of what can be a very stressful situation, and have done all they can to accommodate our needs and to make things go as easily and efficiently as possible.
For this move, we have been dealing with Louise, who has been kind, reassuring and helpful in every way, but the whole team are to be commended for their helpful and very human approach, and I can recommend them without reservation. Thankyou, Premier Lets.

What an agent, always looked after my properties with great care and attention. Its the first agent I have been able to use without having to worry one bit. The maintenance has been fantastic, the repairs get done quickly and unlike some other agents they do not charge extra money on top so the work is great value. Highly recommended

Very professional, exceptionally helpful and particularly adept at ensuring that the refurbishment budget, which I had developed for restoring my large Seaford house back to high end habitability status, was maintained. My dealings as a landlord have been with the Seaford branch of the company, and I would recommend them highly, when there is a lot of available competition near by.

In my time both personally and professionally I have come across some ramshackle organisations but this one really takes the biscuit. I choose my words carefully as I do not wish to be unfair but the majority of the employed staff at Premier Lets are unhelpful, rude, dishonest and above all incompetent. The company's ethos appears to be "lets screw'em all" with no consideration for either one of tennant or landlord.
During the course of a two and a half year rental my wife and I contacted the agents maybe 5 or 6 times so would consider ourselves to be very low maintenance tennants and yet were treated like scum. When we lost hot water last December (when it snowed) and had a newborn baby in the house we called but were told "not our problem, try the landlord direct".
When the rate of inflation was applied against our rental agreement a miscommunication led to be short paying by J5...
An easy error but one which initiated a torrent of three separate, vicious calls to my heavily pregnant wife in the space of 15 minutes claiming no payment had been made and that we would be evicted if immediate payment was not made - this was one day after due date and I was J5 short!... Evidently the short payment had been put into suspense as an unknown amount but had been ignored by the incompetent staff on the phones.
We had dozens of contracts flying back and forth over the years, each one with varying names - none of which were spelled correctly - neither my wife or I have challenging names! If the staff were bored and simply trying to see who could agitate me (and from local opinion every other person on their books) the most then kudos to them. Otherwise they should hang their heads in shame and bolt their doors indefinitely until they learn what customer service actually is.
