Got my flat from The Letting Centre Glasgow and after giving them proper notice, they did not return my deposit J475. At the time of final inspection, Daniel from The Letting Centre said " it is all OK, please provide us your final utility bills and upon receipts of them, we would release your deposit within three weeks time". But when I forwarded them my final bills, their boss Stuart Hamilton sent me a terrible email saying I had destroyed their flat and also blaming me of removing their items.
I was totally shocked with his email as he clearly lied. I still have inventory report which they gave me at the time of tenancy agreement, those items were never existed, and the property was in very good condition at the time we left. Also they could not provide me any detail of "destruction" that he believed I did or never gave me any detail of repair work when I requested !!
They did not tell me anything like that at the time of final inspection, instead TLC staff asked me to forward final bills and deposit would be released. I still do not know what could I do to get my deposit back, as they would not reply my emails and they also become rude over the phone !! I would appreciate if someone could give me advice of how to deal with these people !
