I was looking for an apartment for half a year, all Agency promised, assured, called or never called back and I thought it would be the same this time. A promise without coverage but I was wrong, and finally I came across a super agent Moni whom I trusted, in a very professional and quick way, she helped me rent a house. We had a few problems along the way, but she calmly assured me that everything would be a success.

Nothing but excellent customer service experienced from Kasia and her team at kings. We met a member of the kings lettings team to view a studio a month or so back, her name eludes me now, however, she was there early waiting for us to arrive. She showed us around the little studio and was very helpful. This is the first time we have rented a property and all our nerves were settled.
From that moment on, all emails have been responded to promptly and all of my questions answered with no hesitation. The longest wait for a response being until the next day if i had emailed late in the day. I cannot fault anyone i have dealt with at Kings, in particular Kasia who has had to put up with a million questions and been incredibly helpful throughout. 100% recommended
