Throughout the whole process they are there with you, keeping you upto date and really taking their time to understand your requirements. I rented my first apartment in the UK through JordanFishwick and they made the experience extremely easy and hassle-free. I dealt with Oksana, who was professional and responsive to all my questions via email or phone. I had several small issues about providing the required documents since I had just moved to the UK and Oksana worked with me to make sure the process was smooth.

Oksana was absolutely fantastic with dealing with my rental. My first time as a landlord so I was a little nervous but she was incredibly patient and thorough, and talked me through all the procedures.
