I was impressed with how knowledgeable the agent was about the property I am now renting. She was also very helpful in mentioning things I hadn't thought of and in negotiating a deal with the landlord. Communication via email was always good and timely, with the only exception being the tenancy agreement not arriving until after 5pm the night before I was due to move.
