Lock outs/lost keys - charged at cost of keys/lock Locksmiths invoice or Hamlets time dependant on day and time of day - between 9-5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank Holidays) minimum charge 25.00 Inc VAT, after 5pm, weekends and Bank Holidays 50.00 Inc VAT for Hamlets to attend and open property allowing access with office held set of keys.
When you sign for this period both you and the landlord are tied for this length of time. You will have suitable time to read through the agreement and you should be aware that this is a legally binding document. Please ensure that ALL parties read the document. It is essential that all information requested is supplied.

I tried calling with regards to viewing a property, the lady on the phone started off with good intentions. But quickly got very angry with me due to poor phone signal, I understand this can be frustrating, but I don't expect to have the frustration directed at me. I am not sure why she is in such a fowl mood but in no way does it excuse her directing it at customers. Hamlets have now lost my business/money and I will happily share my experience with family and friends.

Very helpful staff have owned the business for years so not much they don't know about rentals.
