I am very happy to have rented my first apartment with Elliott Lettings all the agents were very helpful and kind and just super understanding. Since we were first time renters we weren't sure on everything they really did help us through our move and made the transition easy for us. we had a few issues when first moving in with the property but they sorted them out quickly and efficiently.

Elliot Lettings have been managing my two properties for a number of years. Tenants, be very careful about letting with these people. After almost seven years of tenancy they withheld my deposit 'as a matter of course' (their words). They did not provide evidence and dropped the case within the statutory six weeks when I raised a disputed with the dispute service. It felt very much as if they hoped I would not dispute the charge and they would simply retain my deposit.
