Thanks to all of you for all the efforts you put in on our behalf in looking after our flats. You always "go the extra mile" and we really appreciate it. I cannot emphasise enough how professional and genuinely nice you have been to us, this has made the whole process smooth and stress free. In my experience I would say that CPL provide a first class service with a personal touch which unfortunately does not seem to be the norm these days with so many other companies.

Landlord Information Report

To achieve the best possible rental level it is important to present the property in it's best possible condition. Remember first impressions count! In addition to the annual Gas Safety Inspection, the installation of Smoke Alarms are mandatory, along with a Carbon Monoxide Detector and an electrical Fixed Wiring Test.

Tenant Information Report

As an independent agency we provide a personal and professional service tailored to finding you the right property to rent, taking into consideration all your personal circumstances and requirements. All properties require the payment of a Security Deposit, plus one month's rent in advance. If we are successful in finding a property for you, credit & reference checks will then be carried out via a national Credit and Reference agency.

Outrageous service and a complete waste of time. They discriminate and degrade you based on your age and job. They lied to me on several occasions. If your 25 or under you've got more chance of getting buying a house then renting with these preposterous people. A complete abomination to the letting industry.

Beyond incompetent. Poor admin, slow and inconsiderate. This is with basic tasks. Should your boiler break in December you will likely stand a good chance of dieing of exposure. Best avoided unless you fancy a chilly death!
