Vast have been managing my property whilst Ive been living away for a while now and theyve done such a good job compared to our previous agents, who I wont name. My experiance with Vast is as good as it gets. We started renting our current property with a differenet agency And a few months after, we were informed that the property was changing hands and is being handed over to VAST, not even a few months after our tenancy began. Naturally we were a little scared, but VAST were great, they calmed us down, explained the process very well, and made sure we were not impacted in any way what so ever. Fruthermore, I always like to think of my self as a chronic tenant - meaning i ALWAYS rent., so i have been through countless agents, landlords etc and never have i received a better service as a tenant.

With vast you actually feel looked after. One click in the app and 99% of the time you get a response on the same day. They are incredibly proffesional, have a lot of experiance and most importantly they seem to care about their tenant as muchs as their landlords. And i have not felt this feeling with any other agent in the south of the UK. Highly recomended!
