My family and I been with this estate agency since 2018 (5 years now), and they've always responded quick if there was anything wrong or something needed to be done in the property. Most of the time we usually fix it ourselves, minor things. But in case of emergencies (occasionally) they will send someone down asap to fix it. Always quick to respond to my emails, and in general just very reliable people. Also, very convenient way of extending contract. Don't have to turn up at their office, it's all done online with digital signatures. I would definitely recommend.

I deal with both Hilly and Jay @ Oakland. I've used this company since they took over from Smiths. I was a bit apprehensive about the change of agents but I have to say they have been better than expected. Hilly is proactive, responsive and efficient at getting things done. Both her and Jay have acted as the intermediary between me and the tenant and been prompt to find resolution to issues. So far, so good. Keep up the good work!
