We bought a house in Whitstable seven years ago and had Christopher Hodgsons Estate Agents to manage it while it was let out. We then asked them to sell it. I cannot find fault with them. They always executed every task with courtesy and efficiency and dealt with all matters very professionally. They always responded to my communications by the end of the day and left me with the feeling that they had a "steady hand on the tiller". The advice that I received from the Manager Will Roalfe proved invaluable. I could not speak highly enough of the business.
