Purchased our first house using Charters Park gate. Everything went well and they where very professional and responsive but what stood out was the lady in the sales progression department called Jo. She was so relaxed, pleasant and informative that she made the process so much more stress free.

Cameron looked after me throughout my property search. He made sure he understood my criteria and kept in touch when new properties came up. During viewings he was friendly and knowledgeable. I dealt with several estate agents throughout my search and you could definitely tell the difference between Charters and other competitors.

I am a tenant and wanted to leave my tenancy earlier than planned. Initially it was quite a difficult process as my designated property manager left and his replacement then also left and it appeared nothing was being done. Excellent service from Charters, from Jasper who we saw first through to Nathan and also Gemma who worked tirelessly throughout the process and was speaking to us daily in order to see it through to completion. Charters are fantastic to work with, we initially turned up to Charters to register our interest within the area, after only a few weeks we were contacted to view a property that matched our criteria. Nathan met us at the property and we could see straight away it was for us. The next day Nathan called us before we had a chance to call him which was fantastic and we put in our offer.

This was then relayed back to the vendor and within the hour we had our offer accepted. Nathan kindly met us for a second visit late on a Friday which was greatly appreciated. Since this point, we used their mortgage adviser Simon who helped us find the best provider as well as protection cover, we then used their recommendation for a home buyers survey, Trinity Rose.

Our lives we made so easy keeping everything in house, we were always kept upto date by Gemma until the day we completed. We can't thank Charters in Bishops Waltham enough, highly recommend them.
