We spent 4 months looking for our new home and the very first day I met Alex I knew that was going to be our home. It was quite a traumatic experience for 4 months, but Federica and Alex made it so much easier. They follow, guide and help us through everything, even those things that we were supposed to do by ourselves. We have rigid work schedules, that the most of times weren't compatible with the normal agency working hours, they did understand and did their best to support and reach the goal.

I have been through at least 10 different agents all around London, north to south, but they were able to do their job in a professional way and at the same time were really friendly and available. Hope the best for both
