I've been with Regal Estates for almost 20 years. I can recommend them without hesitation - they've been brilliant for me. Not just finding good tenants, but dealing with maintenance issues and repairs quickly and always at a good price. They've just overseen a total refurbishment of one of my flats and managed every aspect of it. Finished on time and on budget - and zero stress for me! They're nice people too. Always easy to get hold of and up to speed on what's happening with my properties. A genuinely lovely company to deal with.

I live in a house next to one that is owned / managed / developed by this company and encountered a number of issues during their refurbishment of their property including their contractors cutting our phone line and putting their feet through our roof. We were without internet over lockdown which was hugely difficult for two working parents. I am still awaiting compensation which has been promised to me by the managing director of this company but after chasing for over 5 months now, have received no feedback further confirming them to be unprofessional to say the least.

I have dealt with many agents over the last 10 years or so as a landlord, some terrible, some just okay but none as good as Regal. They helped me in a transition from my old management agent who were troublesome to say the least, however after a smooth shift things are back on track.
