Turned up for a house viewing (after being told to rearrange for a week later) only to have no estate agent show up. We waited for 15 minutes in the cold before ringing the office to be told that not only had the agent who was meant to be showing us round not turned up to the office but the house had already been let and no one had informed us. This would have been forgivable if it wasn't for the nonchalant attitude of the woman on the phone. There was no apology until I told her that we were on a tight time schedule and they could have made us late (even then it was a very forced one). Overall not impressed.
