Gallus Lettings have provided me with an outstanding service in all aspects of sourcing and managing buy to let properties. Gallus have sourced 11 properties for me since 2019 which they now manage. Matthew is a shrewd investor and all properties have attracted high quality tenants. Matthew, Andy and Jenna go out of their way to look after tenants, so tenant turnover has been minimal. My experience with Gallus has been that they are prompt, friendly and communicative. They've always been responsive and on top of it in terms of repairs or issues. It's easy to get ahold of them as well. I'm really impressed with Gallus and have been glad they took over as my property management team.

Mathew at Gallus Property recently took over the management of my Airbnb flat in the Westend of Glasgow. Unfortunately, a couple of days into first rental there were some serious issues with boiler. I couldn't understate the efforts that he went to in order to rectify the problem as smoothly as possible for the guests. He is always very prompt in replying to guests, and it's now being managed beyond my expectations. Also, incredibly competitive management fees, especially for such a dedicated level of service.

Gallus property has went above and beyond for me and my partner these last few months. I am now lucky to be a long term tenant within one of their properties! The service and care with getting everything sorted was faltless! I was originally sceptical about the whole opportunity, however, when I met Matthew the owner I was immediately reassured about becoming an occupant within his apartment as he was so genuine from the start.

My partner and I stayed in Matt's Buchanan Street property and it was fantastic! The location of the flat was perfect. For anyone wishing to stay in Glasgow city centre I very much doubt you'll find a better located flat than Matt's on Buchanan Street. The flat itself was beautifully designed and had everything you could ask for or need. And I must make a special mention for the murial that Matt had custom made for his balcony as it's a must see and it really helps seperate his property from other Airbnb's I considered.

What also really helped make our stay better was Matt's knowledge of Glasgow as it's second to none - especially If you need any restaurant recommendations then he is definitely your man.

I stayed at a Gallus property while my own apartment was being renovated, it was well equipped and presented professionally and I was able to get on with work just as if I was at home - would definitely recommend to my own colleagues visiting for business.

We stayed for a week in the Buchanan Street flat. We were here for a conference in the city, so it was an ideal location for City Centre venues. The flat is beautifully finished and immaculate with everything you need. The host was very helpful before our visit and made sure we had everything we needed for our visit. They provided a great information pack to help with our visit.
We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Glasgow.
