Just called to ask a simple question about my payments and if I could work something out, I was simply asking because if you don't ask you will never know. staff was super rude about it saying "you should've known you financial situation" "you should've read the tenancy agreement" No it wasn't said in a genuine way by the way. I DID read it hence I was asking a simple question.
Nowhere in my tenancy did it say I cannot ask a question. I read what it said hence why I then ask. There was no need to be so rude about it, just say no and go on about your day.

Been with West manor student living for 2 years now and the first year was quite smooth on my path the 2nd was quite rough but I've gotten support along the way from the staffs, but especially Amy she's been there to help me with little things and big thing when I needed help, very NICE lady. Would definitely recommend

First of all the help that I received from Charlotte and Donna in particular was second to none, very professional, helpful and excellent customer service, every question or enquiry I had was answered and explained and there's not much more they could of done to help me, I would recommend speaking to them about any issues or problems that you may have or if you wish to stay at West manor because they made my transition the smoothest it could ever be, I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly highly recommend!

I highly recommend this accommodation. The reception answered very quick on my enquiries and were so helpful on helping me out especially under this pandemic situation. They try their best to solve any problems that might occur before I fly out as I'm an international student so might as well ask them for any advise you may be seeking for. Also the studio's location is perfect for students who will suffer from the workloads in their final year since it is literally inside the campus.
The room is quite spacious for one person as well as having the washing machine in each studio are a hygienic point for anyone who doesn't want to share the machine. Overall had a super lovely experience while contacting regards anything about the housing.

I advise anybody looking for accommodation to avoid Westmanor and run whilst you can from this company. They will make you fake promises, have you move into a dirty flat and not take on board any complaints. I put in many complaints via email, face to face, over the phone and ALL have seemed to be ignored. When it comes to taking your money they chased me down through all means of contact, however, when it came to mine complaints and me trying to contact them, they were extremely incompetent.
The worst thing about this agency is that they didn't even lower the rent due to the pandemic. I asked them many times if I could terminate my agreement or if they could just lower the rent a bit. I hoped that they are humans and understand that we are living in a difficult situation and I can barely afford the flat I couldn't even use! I had to come back to my family home because of COVID and I still had to pay for my room for 6 months!
They didn't care at all, I saw that many agencies lowered the rent which only proves how bad this agency is. Today they sent me and email with alleged damages I've made in my room and they charged me over 100 pounds for a room that was already damaged when I moved in. I have proofs and I won't pay for anything. Once again, I want to say that you should avoid this company, because it will be the worst experience in your life!

This is a wonderful letting agency led by wonderful people. They're absolutely delightful to communicate with and quite professional. They didn't let me down once. The flat I got recommended by one the staff is fabulous with all facilities you need to, very clean, tidy, spacious, and in fact, beautiful. The view to Oxford St. is lovely as well, not to mention the big windows.
The building is also very close to DMU (1-3 min walking distance). I have loved everything about the apartment. The only minor comment I have is sometimes the neighbors can get a little too noisy, nonetheless, contacting the Westmanor Student Living team has resolved the issue.

It is very efficient. When there is a problem with the house, the maintenance staff will come to repair the house the next day. The staff of the agency are very friendly and responsible, especially a manager named Sarah. During the one-year rental period, I was very satisfied with the rented house and the agency. I highly recommend this agency.

I have been staying at Clyde court for the last two years, and I am very happy with my stay! The team at westmanor have always made sure of the maintenance(electric/plumbing) in my apartment to be taken care of, without any delay! I found Westmanor to be very helpful in everything they did for me. They have a great friendly team who go out of their way to answer any questions I had. The wide range of properties that is in their portfolio is really useful to find the ideal property for my budget.
