From the get-go Ayaz was helpful, friendly and on-point. Generally a great experience with the team. Would highly recommend the agency without hesitation.

CLS helped me when i found myself in need of a quality home ASAP. Having never been through the process before i found it rather daunting but after calling there office Nasreen was so helpful and explained the procedure in full also they assisted with the paperwork side and helped me secure a property within a week which was a god send. So i for one would recommend anyone who is looking to rent a place then contact CLS and you will be glad you did.

CLS were very professionally and helpful from the start to end of my tenancy. I moved out in the middle of the first lockdown when restrictions were still in place and Nasreen and Ayaz made the process very easy and straightforward. Couldn't fault them!

This company own us over 500 pounds They refuse to pay their bills. They will not answer your emails. Looking online at the company it has big red flags from HMRC. The owner has had my review taken down for no reason in an attempt to hide their behavior. I would not trust this company one bit with your property. See attached screenshot

We had rented a flat in the West end for just over a year through CLS. Very pleased with the overall service and at the end the cleaning charge was fair as we couldn’t manage to organise the final clean on time ourselves. Any queries during the tenancy were dealt with quickly and thoroughly and communication was excellent. The property was immacualte when we took it over (unlike others we have rented!) and all the admin stuff was dealt with quickly and efficiently at check in and check out.

If you're going to rent in Glasgow I'd recommend CLS based on our experience. I felt I wanted to comment on this as it contrasts so much with some of the other letting agents we have dealt with in the past.

Very happy with the service Central Letting has provided. I was very particular with the kind of property I wanted and eventually found a great property. I treat anywhere that I stay as my own making sure it’s always looking it’s best. Even on inspection time, the agent was surprised that the property was being lived in!

Very pleased with the CLS never had any problems with any of the agents all very positive and always responded to any requests. The process took what felt like ages to get the property but all worth it in the end. Highly recommend

I have tried many other letting service but CLS is quick in action and very impressive customer service.

The property was in good standards it was very clean when I moved in and during my tenancy I reported some maintenance issues that got dealt with without any problems. When I left I cleaned my flat as I would and even got a call to say thanks. Also gave me a great reference without even asking.

I have never used CLS before and was pleasantly surprised by the service they provided. Everything was done in timely manner. In less than a week I found the result what i wished for.. very flexible. Thank you! will use again for sure.

I cannot fault the service at all, they are terrific. As long term tenants, we were taken care of by CLS even though the landlord was sometimes slow in completing repairs the agents were always trying there best to work for us and keep us happy at all times - Our deposit was handled in the most professional manner and i had no complaints. I must have viewed 20 flats through 10 different agencies, and they are the only ones which were polite and professional in the same time. They are one of the rare letting agents which don't look obsessed by their commissions and are not "pushy" and are actually really helping you. I also highly recommend them.

I have rented for many years and have used many agents, most of them have been okay some have been a total nightmare , CLS have been the best so far, from start to finish my experience with them has been superb. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite , and genuinely are there to help at all costs. During my tenancy i had no issues other than routine problems that every property has now and again , but these issues were dealt with at ease by the staff.

At the end of my tenancy my deposit did take some time to settle however all the charges were fair and I was very happy about the outcome as I always take care of every property I stay in. I would like to thank all the staff and the manager who should me great appreciation at the end of my tenancy.

We had a huge variation in rental valuations, but they're advice seemed to the most informed out of any of their competitors and they knew what they were talking about. Truly impressed and incredibly thankful for all their efforts.
