The company has grown since its inception in 2008 due to excellent local knowledge, unrivalled customer service, exceptionally competitive fees and a total commitment to integrity and transparency. James was born and raised in Sale, has lived in the city centre for several years and is now a resident of Chorlton, so knows Manchester very well. Starting his career with a large national agent 14 years ago, James moved on to a smaller independent a few year later, combining the positive aspects of both to establish Stevenson Whyte in 2008.
The traditional option which includes full marketing, viewings, sales progression etc, managing the whole process. Our fees start from just 0.95% of the sale price, payable on completion. I've found Riley to be excellent, quite simply. Ever since SW took over the management of our flat's court Riley has always been quick to reply, courteous, but most importantly any question or concern has been dealt with - even when he's no longer the main contact for our block. We had the name and email addresses of our contact on the newly installed pin board, and for the most recent interaction we've had he didn't palm it off.
He took ownership and resolved it. This shows not only good customer service, but a desire and driven to help residents. Large, small, serious or trivial, I'm going to keep Riley as me and my partner's go to.

She is the most efficient person we have I have known, she deal's with all our problems immediately, for example the lift went out of action late in the evening but she had an engineer fix it by the following Morning Many thanks Gail for looking after us. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I've got a traumatic experience with this agency, because they will NEVER GIVE YOU BACK THE DEPOSIT PAID for the property! They will try to steel your money in every way also if you will leave the property in perfect conditions, inventing things that are not write in the contract! They charged. us 140 for the cleening fees, but when we took the house it was a true sheet, was dirty in every corner so they don't really use the money for cleaning it.
Plus they don't respect the terms of their contracts and change them as they please they WILL CHARGE YOU A LOT OF MONEY for non-existent things. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE MONEY!

Debra was fantastic throughout the sale process and always kept me in the loop. She chased everything swiftly and has clearly got a lot of sale experience. My house was under offer in 4 days and completed in 2 months. I would have been faster if it wasn't for the slow surveyors, but it seems all surveyors we're busy in the area at that time. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Manchester branch who were very efficient and personable. Their communication was excellent and we received feedback promptly after each viewing. Costs were made clear and were competitive with no hidden charges (VAT included). We used tenant find only and the comprehensive photo inventory was first class. Having had the displeasure of dealing with a national agent i've really appreciated the more personal service that Stevenson Whyte provide. I've raised issues with my development and received responses very promptly, and kept informed until completed. I was also really impressed with how our block's budget was reassessed, reducing costs in most areas meaning we had more to put towards others (gardening and sinking fund). Highly recommended. Jerry.
