I have been very impressed with how quickly PPM got a tenant into my property. They have dealt with several problems (electrical and decor) to get the property up to standard. They have kept me fully informed of progress and cost. Excellent service.

Had a boiler breakdown same week I was off before the wedding. Spoke to Graham and he got me a guy down within 20 minutes, no fuss. Guy came down but couldn't fix it and said we need the gas engineer to come down. Gas engineer came down within 2 days and sorted it no probs Spoke to Nick and Gale. We're very professional and polite. Best experience in a long time from any letting agency.

Excellent service! I recently moved to a property managed by Pure Property Management and the team have been amazing. The team was very responsive and acted professionally in their interaction.

There is a general lack of communication, the only way to contact them about a live flat is online, I was left with no response to my application and only found out the flat I had applied for was gone because it was no longer posted on Zoopla. They are slow to respond to emailed enquiries, if they bother to at all, customer service is poor to say the least.

Pure PM took over the management of my Edinburgh flat in August. Since then they have secured new tenants and undertaken all the maintenance I had requested on the flat. Very impressed so far!

We are very disappointed by the service provided by Pure Property Management, in one word- just rude. We have decided to take an offer from Umega. Pure Management leaves much to be desired. The way they treat costumers is pedantic and arrogant. In our case, although we provided them with the information they required, they kept asking for more. You can't count on them if you need to call them.

They even complain about having to do our credit checks. Maybe it's because we are international students, but they made us feel like criminals. If you are looking for a professional letting agency do not contact them.

This company advertising a property which is not for rent, they are even requesting for the full deposit. When asking for a viewing or more information & photos they replied the landlord took down the property from the market. Few days after the same property is advertised again and you can start the process from the beginning. Take care with them!

Since I moved to my flat I can only say good things about Pure Property Management. From the agent who showed us the flat to the ones who work in the agency, I'm elated with the service. Whenever we have a problem or any questions they solve them very efficiently. It's nice being treated as well as they treat us. For all the reasons given I strongly recommend this letting agency, you won't regret!

Pure Property Management in Edinburgh is a very good company to rent from, the staff are all very kind and helpful. They are okay until you leave a property and looking to get a deposit back. Make sure you take photos and videos when you move in and send it to them because if you don't, you will get billed for anything that was wrong with the property before you move in. When applying for properties, they make you use a 3rd party company for references but charge 30 per applicant which I thought was illegal. Also, don't know how they are allowed to share clients data and experiences in relation to replying to reviews as this is infringing on GDPR laws. Just like any other estate agent on try and get some money from tenants deposits.

I don't often post reviews but Pure Property Management, in my own personal experience, have been very supportive, professional, and efficient. I have had awful experiences with letting agents in the past and I had really lost hope until Ashley took over my property. It's the longest I have been with one agent and I have no regrets. As I don't live in Scotland, many issues have arisen with the flat and tenants and PPM have sorted things out very promptly.

Communication has always been good and more recently, Gail has been so incredibly helpful. I've almost been waiting for things to go wrong, as has happened in the past with previous agents, but I honestly can say that they have been great.

I am a first time Landlord and I consider my self to be extremely lucky for deciding to work with Ashley and Gail and I would highly reccomand them to any Landlord. They have always been helpful and updating me with all the details concerning my property in order not to be behind schedule on anything. Pure Property provides a unique and personalised service that I did not experience with any other agents around Edinburgh. Fees and prices are very competitive and I think they really care about what they do and love their jobs and I can tell by the way they treat you. I genuinely reccomand Pure Property to any Landlord in Edinburgh. Very very very happy.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Everyone will seem nice, everything will seem right but the problems will start as soon as you give them notice to leave. They will try everything to take all your deposit by the lowest ways you can imagine. Stuff that was already wrong/broken/not painted when we moved in was charged to us when we moved out as something to be. done before someone else moved in AND NOT DONE when the new tenants moved in (checked by myself as the new tenants communicated to us). DO NOT TRUST THEM.

If you don't have any other options but to end up with them, TAKE PICS OF EVERYTHING! Even the smallest mark on the wall or floor, dirt on the inside of the windows and appliances. EVERYTHING. And never ever complain by phone or in person, always by email to have proof of EVERYTHING YOU TELL THEM IT'S WRONG, such as MOLD IN YOUR BEDROOM, huge marks of HUMIDITY on the wall, etc. Or they will charge you a s your fault. Endless problems with them, very rude and huge stab on the back. No matter how nice they seem, never trust them.

On the whole, emails are responded to really promptly, and every person that we have dealt with has been thoroughly professional and friendly. I'd happily recommend their service, especially when compared to other rental agencies that I have dealt with over the past 8 years in Edinburgh.

I managed my property for 3 years but tenant refused to pay me the market value as she “couldn’t afford it”. Ashley helped me to increase the rent when he discovered she was subletting. He helped and advised me on the legislation and landlords responsibilities. Fantastic team who go the extra mile for their landlords. Can’t praise PPM highly enough.

Having tried several letting companies in Edinburgh, Pure Property Management are the only ones that actually do the job properly! I've spoken to several landlords and tenants who've had letting agents who are unresponsive to any issues. As a landlord Pure have been thorough about recording the condition of my flat with photos so that all parties can see exactly what condition everything is at all stages of a lease so it's clear whether anything is damage or fair wear/tear.

On the rare occasion that a tenant has reported an issue, I've been notified immediately with quotes, and it's resolved without fuss. Fair and efficient means winners all round for tenants and landlords alike.

Rented a property for 2 years with pure property, any issues where dealt with promptly, house was lovely and in a great area , you do get regular inspections but the person who came was always really nice , on leaving we had no issues either and recently received our deposit back , if I hadn't been buying a house i would have still been renting through pure property, highly recommended

Recently moved out of Edinburgh, due to work commitments and had to rent my flat out in pretty short notice. Was recommended to Pure by a friend who also rents a property in the City and I couldn't be happier. I had no clue as to what I needed to do, but I met with Ashley and he took me through the process in a quick, professional and very friendly way.

His team made all the arrangements to redecorate, steam clean the carpets, install the correct smoke detectors, get the necessary certifications and even a new mattress in. The workmanship is great and I am delighted with the help and support that his team have given me. They completely took the stress out of what could have been a difficult and time consuming process for me. Really pleased with the service and would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent out their property in Edinburgh.
