Who are we?
Cloud-Let are a lettings and management specialist which focuses on properties situated in the Tyne and Wear region. We are a family run business with firsthand experience of the local property market, of the lettings process and of managing multiple property portfolios. The day to day running of the company is currently managed by its two directors, a lettings negotiator and an out of office sales person. All of which are vetted, trained and monitored to ensure that we adhere to industry regulated codes of practice.

No inventory which makes the contract redundant. Properties in poor state, no prior viewings allowed and upon arrival, many broken items, damage and have not been cleaned. All recorded and reported. Be careful when using this company and make sure you get a full inventory done and view it before putting a deposit down. They don't do anything upon prior students leaving.
