We have been with propeller for over 4 years now, they have been a great agency, always straight out immediately if ever a problem occurs, no high priced admin fees when signing up your tenancy with them we have dealt with Rachele mainly during the 4 years she's always been very helpful when needed and great communication, always makes sure it convenient for us if we require any checks highly recommended

Best Letting Agency I have rented through Propeller Lettings for 5 years & can honestly say they are all simply amazing. I didn't have many reasons to call with issues relating to our gorgeous apartment but when I did have minor issues, James & the team were straight on it and had the issue resolved timeously. The safety checks for gas etc were carried out annually and the contractors Propeller use were always friendly and professional.
Thank you so much for making our years with you so enjoyable, I have rented for 14 years in total and I wish I had found Propeller Lettings for the previous 9 years as believe you me I've had a couple of awful experiences with other agents. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Absolutely awful letting agency. Only after the money I rented 12 months with them and after the end despite the house being professionally cleaned they tried to steal my deposit! Luckily I took photos and videos of everything before I left! The worst letting agents out there

I rented a house via Propeller lettings in late 2019. Everything seemed fine. This week (over a year after my 6 month tenancy ended) I received an email from a debt collection agency on behalf of United Utilities. Apparently, in spite of propeller lettings giving them my details when I moved in, they decided not to give the details of the subsequent tenant/landlord once the tenancy ended. Additionally, they gave an incorrect number to United Utilities so there was no means by which I could be contacted.
So for over a year since the tenancy ended I have been on the hook for someone else's water bill that I was not aware of and have no means of being contacted by the company to let me know.

I'm currently a tenant with Propeller and I am so glad to be one. Propeller staff are extremely helpful and courteous and they waste no time in helping to sort repairs if and when they are needed. They're always very easy to get in contact with and very polite to speak to and they do not charge absurd fees like a lot of estate agents do these days. Fantastic agency, couldn't recommend anyone better to go with.
