We take real pride in offering discounted services to Armed Forces personnel whether regular or reserves. We have pledged to support the Armed Forces Community under the Armed Forces Covenant - one of our pledges is to offer a discounted management service to military landlords. Chris from Proudhouse is an ex Royal Navy Helicopter Pilot and is currently serving as a reservist pilot instructor at RNAS Yeovilton. All of our staff have come from military family backgrounds so we understand your job and lifestyle.
Traditionally, letting agents have offered 3 types of service. Full Management, Part Management, and Letting Only. However, letting agents have gained a bad reputation for management which is not very comprehensive along with awkward tie-ins, stifling contracts and surprising and hidden fees. Our fully managed service is perfect for landlords who do not want the responsibility of running the day-to-day aspects of their rental property.
This well presented 2 bedroom flat is neutrally decorated throughout, with up to date fixtures and fittings. The property offers a convenient location, close to amenities, as well as off road parking. This property is available to let from 06/04/2022. This well presented 3 bedroom house offers a low maintenance garden, off road parking for multiple cars, as well as a garage.
As our junior lettings administrator in the office, Laura processes telephone calls, email enquiries, referencing and markets our properties. Prior to joining Proudhouse she attended The Gryphon school studying A level Business, Psychology and Photography. This dedicated task means that Lisa is mostly on the road and out visiting our tenants and properties, and reporting maintenance requirements back to our office.

Nicola has been so helpful from the very beginning since we started renting our home a year ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Chris Chambers who part owns this company is not to be trusted. He harassed me into selling a property to him (which I was selling to someone else) then several weeks in, just because there was a blocked drain (which was cleared in 2 hours with no further work required) he reneged on his offer, having promised me he was reliable and committed.
Very stressful. I have now missed the good market conditions. He is also completely unscrupulous having tried to get me to bypass the agent who conducted the viewing and sell to him direct! I refused. It also appears he makes up stories to suit. He told me the blocked drain was reported, though he wouldn't reveal who by! (thereby casting aspersions on my integrity) but my investigations have not revealed any such report. Please do not make the mistake I made. Take your business elsewhere.

Chris and his team offered a professional, personable, reliable and faultless service from start to finish.
